Managing a roster of artists?
That's a different product.
Agencies don't run one calendar, they run twelve — with enquiries that need routing to the right artist and a roster clients want to browse. It's priced per DJ seat, and it's in early access rather than on sale.
$39 per seat, per month
Or $390 per seat annually — two months free. Minimum three seats. A seat is a DJ on your roster, not a staff login; your bookers and coordinators are included.

Is Free actually free, or free for now?
Free forever, and it's the working product — inbox, calendar, bookings, public page, ratings and reviews. No trial clock, no card at signup and no card later. We make money when the booking needs a contract and the enquiries need a pipeline, when you want your own brand on all of it, or when a produced night needs running properly.
Can I turn Pro on for one month?
Yes, and that's how most DJs use it. Switch it on for the month with the wedding in it, run the night, switch it off. Past events stay readable. If you'd rather not subscribe at all, the $99 single-event option does the same job for one night.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your bookings, calendar, clients, reviews and history stay exactly where they are. Your public page reverts to the free Kadens-branded version at your handle and keeps taking bookings.
How does the yearly discount work?
Yearly is two months free — $250 instead of $300 on Working DJ, $490 instead of $588 on Pro. Billed once, annually, in AUD. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any renewal.
Do promoters or venues ever pay?
No. Booker workspaces are an activation, not a purchase — there's no booker plan in billing to upgrade to, no seat count, and no card. That includes venues with multiple rooms and multiple staff.
I'm a DJ who also runs a night. Do I pay twice?
No. Switch on the booker workspace from settings and it's added to your existing account for free, whatever DJ tier you're on.
What's the difference between Pro DJ and the Agency plan?
Pro DJ is for one DJ running produced events. The Agency plan is for a business managing several artists — a shared calendar across the roster, enquiry routing, and an agency-branded roster page. It's priced per DJ seat with a three-seat minimum and it's currently in early access. More on that here.
How do payments work?
Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Prices are in Australian dollars, GST-inclusive. You can update your card or download invoices from billing settings at any time.
