Pricing FAQ
- What counts as a "managed" gig?
- A managed gig has the client attached: intake, details, the full workflow. A club date, a guest slot, or a line in your diary isn't managed, and those are unlimited on every plan including Free.
- Can I switch plans?
- Any time, from the app. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the end of the period.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Everything stays visible; past your plan's managed limit you can't add new managed gigs until you upgrade (or a slot frees up).
- Do I need Pro for a wedding?
- Only if you want to run it on Kadens — run-sheet, approvals, day-of console. You can take and manage a wedding booking on Working DJ. If it's a one-off, buy a single event.
- Is there a free trial of Pro?
- Free is the trial, and it does not expire. If you want to try the execution tools on one night, buy a single event.
- Do promoters pay?
- No. Not now, not later.
- What currency am I charged in?
- Prices are in AUD, GST-inclusive for Australia. USD pricing is on the way as we roll out scene by scene — until then every plan is charged in AUD.
