One calendar.Every artist.Nothing double-booked.
An agency doesn't run one DJ's booking life — it runs twelve at once, with enquiries that have to reach the right artist and a roster clients want to browse. That's a different product to the one we sell DJs, and it's being built with the agencies using it.
Three problems, none of whicha single-DJ account solves.
A DJ needs one calendar and one page. You need a view across a whole roster, a way to get the right enquiry to the right artist without reading every email yourself, and a shopfront that sells the agency rather than any one act.
Every artist, one grid, no collisions.
See the whole roster against the whole month. Who's free on the 14th, who's held, who's confirmed and who's away. When two enquiries want the same artist on the same night, you find out at the moment it happens — not when the second client rings to confirm.
- Roster-wide availability in one view, filterable by genre, fee bracket or city.
- Clash detection across the roster — including an artist's own direct bookings, if they're on Kadens themselves.
- Holds that expire , so a pencilled date doesn't quietly block a month.
One grid for the roster. A hold that expires in 48 hoursunless it’s confirmed.
The enquiry finds the artist.
A wedding for 200 in Geelong at a $2,500 budget shouldn't land in a shared inbox for someone to triage by hand. Set the rules once — date, genre, fee bracket, region — and the enquiry arrives already matched to the artists who fit, with their availability already checked.
- Routing rules you write , not a black box. You can always override.
- Suggested artists, ranked , with the reason each one matched.
- One reply from the agency — the client deals with you, not five DJs.

“Open format, some disco”
A roster page that sells the agency.
Your brand at the top, your artists underneath, live availability on each one, and a single booking action that comes to you. Clients filter by what they actually care about — date, style, budget — and enquire once. Not a PDF roster emailed around, and not twelve separate DJ pages.
- Agency-branded , on your own domain. No Kadens mark, no individual DJ branding competing with yours.
- Live availability per artist , drawn from the same roster calendar.
- Enquiries land with you and route through your rules.
Your DJs don't lose their own careers.
This is the thing agencies ask first, and the answer matters: a seat doesn't take an artist's account off them. They keep their own Kadens profile, their own direct bookings, their own public page and their own reviews. The agency seat adds a shared layer — it doesn't replace what they already have.
They keep their own page
Their public booking page, handle and reviews stay theirs. Direct enquiries still go to them. If they're on Working DJ, their branding stays their branding.
You see what you need to
Agency-booked work sits in the shared calendar. Their direct bookings show as busy without exposing the client, the fee or the detail — enough to prevent a clash, not a surveillance tool.
Leaving is clean
An artist leaves the roster, the seat frees up, and they walk away with their account and history intact. No hostage-taking in either direction.
What we're still working out
Commission and fee splits, per-artist staff visibility, and roster-wide reporting are the three things agencies keep asking for and none of them are built. They're not on this page as features because they aren't features yet — if they matter to you, say so in the form and it moves them up the list.
Per DJ seat. Nothing per staff member.
A seat is an artist on your roster. Your bookers, coordinators and ops people are included at no cost — charging you per login would punish you for having a functioning team.
minimum 3
two months free
- $39 per seat, per month , or $390 per seat annually — two months free.
- Minimum three seats. Below that, an artist is better off on their own Pro DJ account.
- Staff logins are free and unlimited. Seats count artists, not people.
- Add and remove seats monthly as the roster changes. A seat freed mid-month is credited to the next invoice.
- No commission. We don't take a percentage of your bookings, and we never handle the money between you and a client.
Early access means early-access terms
Agencies onboarded now help shape what gets built, and we'll agree the commercial terms with you directly rather than pointing at a checkout. Prices above are what we intend to charge at general release.
Tell us how your agency works.
The more specific you are, the faster we can tell you whether Kadens fits yet. We read every one of these — no autoresponder, no drip sequence.
What happens next
- We read it and reply within one business day.
- A call — twenty minutes, no deck, we ask how you actually work.
- If it fits, we set up your roster with you and agree terms directly.
- If it doesn't fit yet, we say so and tell you what would have to change.
In the meantime
Your artists can each use Kadens free today — own bookings, own calendar, own page. Nothing they set up now is wasted when the agency layer arrives.
Straight answers.
Can I sign up today?
Not self-serve. The agency product is in early access and we onboard agencies one at a time, so it starts with the form above and a call. The DJ and promoter products are live and free to start now.
What exactly is a seat?
One artist on your roster. Staff logins — bookers, coordinators, ops — are free and unlimited. Minimum three seats; below that an artist is better served by their own Pro DJ account.
Do my artists lose their own accounts?
No. They keep their own profile, public page, direct bookings and reviews. The agency seat adds a shared calendar and routing layer on top — it doesn't take over their account, and it doesn't expose the detail of their direct work to you beyond "busy".
What if an artist isn't on Kadens?
You can still hold and book dates for them from the roster calendar. They just won't get the app notifications or contribute their own direct bookings to clash detection until they sign up, which is free for them.
Do you track commission or fee splits?
Not yet, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. It's the most requested thing on the list. Tell us how your splits work in the form and it shapes how we build it.
Is there a commission on bookings?
No. We charge per seat and nothing else. We don't take a percentage and we never sit between you and a client's money.
We're a management company, not a DJ agency. Same thing?
Possibly — the shape of the problem is similar. Tell us how you operate in the form and we'll be honest about whether what we're building fits.
Built with the agencies
using it.
